Here's A Small Selection Of Some Of The Kind Things Our Members Have To Say About Us
Dr Tony Robinson
Wilbur Pires - SIPPclub Member
"I was looking for a SIPP provider that could help me with my ex-company pension transfer. I came across SIPPclub over the internet. I met Brian and he was very knowledgeable about the industry and the options available to me. I chose SIPPclub because of the confidence and honest opinions I received. I highly recommend Brian from SIPPclub."
Judy Mizen - Property Professional and Mentor
"My frustration with the banks is their lack of due diligence. In the past, you got the money, and now you don’t, regardless of the merits of the deal. The opportunity to form good old fashioned personal relationships with SIPPclub members, in addition to their financial understanding and resources, has created great opportunities for both parties. I have been able to progress excellent property projects that had stalled due to lack of funding, created financial benefits for myself and my SIPPclub investors."
Simon Gillate - SIPPclub Member
"By becoming aware of the opportunities available to us through our personal networks and SIPPclub, we have been able to gain consistent above market returns on our pension fund. SIPPclub enabled us to invest the pension in some great projects and fantastic income generating start-ups that we did not have cash in our other funds to use. I am now looking forward to a future drawing a great income from my pension and knowing that my funds are going to projects that I have a connection to."
Carol McEvoy- SIPP Lender and Borrower
"I had a fair amount of money in my pension, all invested via my pension provider into funds of some sort; I never did quite know what they were. I had regular reports showing how they were performing; in reality about as well as a bank savings account. And that was before the management costs were taken out. So not even keeping pace with inflation. My financial adviser often told me I’d be better off with a SIPP but the costs associated with setting it up and managing it seemed to well outweigh any advantages I could see. He was relying on me to decide where to invest it – and to be honest, I hadn’t a clue!!
It was only when I changed my financial adviser that I realised I could invest in property projects, and earn at least double the returns I was getting. Once I understood how it all worked (no-one had explained it to me in plain English before) it wasn’t a difficult decision. I invested a large proportion of my pension funds, via a SIPP, in people and property projects that I know and understand. My funds are now generating much larger returns than I thought possible and I can already see huge improvements to my retirement prospects.
Because of my track record as a successful property investor, I now have several SIPP investors investing with me in my property projects. They know me and my track record, so can be confident that I’ll deliver the returns they expect. It’s all about investing in people; SIPPclub provides the introduction to my investors, enabling them to get to know me personally and professionally. And my financial adviser makes sure that transactions are lawful and supported by the right legal documentation. My investors, too, are now deriving much greater returns from their pension funds.
Now I know all this, I wonder why people blindly leave their pension funds floundering, benefitting no-one but anonymous fund managers who only have their own interests at heart. Yes, true, that was me, but no longer. Make a promise to yourself and your family to take action today and find out how to make your pension funds take a quantum leap in performance to secure your future, and theirs."

AJ Bell Is Often The Best Value SIPP For Stockmarket Assets
Over time, charges can wipe out a huge part of your fund. We like AJ Bell because there are no set-up costs. If you hold passive funds, which is our preference, or shares, investment trusts, EFTs, gilts or bonds, you pay one small fixed fee no matter how large your fund. And when you come to draw your benefits either as occasional drawdown or UFPLS payments, there's a small charge for the whole year no matter how many times you access your money (many SIPP and SSAS providers charge more than this for each payment). However, you should always compare charges in detail, because AJ Bell could be more expensive than other providers, depending on the type of stockmarket assets you hold.

As SIPPclub neither advises on, nor arranges, nor recommends specific investments or strategies, we're unable to say whether a SIPP or SSAS or any investment within it is right for you. Ultimately, it’s your money and your decision, and you should only proceed once you're satisfied you've undertaken sufficient due diligence. If you need advice, you should speak to your trusted adviser, or you could find a local adviser from Unbiased.co.uk. Alternatively, we'd be pleased to introduce to a suitably qualified independent financial adviser.
